If you are, that mac only natively supports the built in screen and two different external screens.
Note: if you're not using stage display, this will work fine. Get out of ProPresenter preferences and just drag the control screen to the new display. Again under display, and make sure that "output" hasn't moved to the new display. Now, in ProPresenter, do into ProPresenter's Preferences. Note where it's located in the diagram (you can drag it to move it if where it's located doesn't make sense to you (like to the right of the current main output/audience screen, when the built in one is to the left of it). That tells the Mac that that display is the main one. Drag that to the rectangle that represents the new display. There's a little bar at the top of one of the rectangles. Now, in system preferences, go to displays and then arrangement. Get another minidisplay port (thunderbolt 2) adapter and connect that to the remaining thunderbolt port.
